The postage will be calculated automatically when you place an order, so please make sure you agree with the total before checking out. Orders valued over £35.00 are sent by recorded delivery and so please make sure someone is home as they will require a signature on receipt!

UK shipping charges are as follows:

Cart value up to £20 - £2.95

Cart value up to £40 - £4.50

Cart value over £40 - Free!

EU shipping charges are as follows:

Cart value up to £20 - £3.95

Cart value up to £40 - £6.50

Cart value up to £70 - £11.75

Cart value over £70 - £16.00

Rest of World shipping charges are as follows:

Cart value up to £20 - £5.00

Cart value up to £40 - £7.50

Cart value up to £70 - £12.95

Cart value over £70 - £20.00

We try to pack and post orders on the same day of reciept, and to deliver to UK addresses within 3-5 working days of reciept of the order (this is subject to postal service).

Incorrect Addresses, Non-deliverable, or Refused Shipments...

Please make certain that your shipping address is correct. If a customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges. If we make an error, then we will pay for the additional delivery charges.

Packages returned to us marked 'Refused', 'Unclaimed', or 'Invalid Address' will be credited back to the customer's account ,less a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping costs.
